All appointments require a deposit to secure the slot. Until deposit is paid the slot will remain open for other clients.
Your deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
We require at least 24 hrs notice for cancellation. this gives us a reasonable time to try fill the slot again.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 24 hrs
